A formal background check is required for any management (this includes Assistant Store Manager and Food & Beverage Manager) or Corporate position.

Every Friday!

Many of our stores operate 24/7, so weekends and holidays may be expected.  Your schedule is something that will be worked out individually.  We generally hire based on the needs of a store and work hard to accommodate a schedule that will fit the needs of our Team Members.

Depending on staffing levels or specific store needs a Team Member may be asked, on occasion, to work a little extra, however, overtime is not required for hourly Team Members. 

Rusty Lantern Markets complies with all Federal and State regulations regarding meal and rest periods.

We offer a store discount to all Team Members! Enjoy any made-to-order food or coffee item for 50% off during your shift and a 20% discount off duty. Enjoy 20% off retain items (excluding alcohol, tobacco, fuel and lottery) any time.

Full-time Team Members are eligible for health benefits after 60 Days! Rusty Lantern Markets contributes 75% of the cost of all health plans and 50% of the cost for every ancillary benefit (e.g. dental, vision, disability and more)
